Hôtel propre, confortable, le service à la clientèle sont accueillant, aimables. Le déjeuner et souper c’était bien. L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport ma crainte était que ce soit bruyant mais j’étais très étonné l’hôtel est très bien insonorisé. L’hôtel est propre du métro, en prenant la ligne Piccadilly plateforme 2 on arrive directement à London downtown…le service de transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel c’est très pratique aussi c’est avec Hôtel Hoppa c’est environ 5,50 pounds par personne et le bus arrête devant la porte de l’hôtel

This Hilton is exceptional, and what makes it so are the staff. Friendly, supportive and welcoming. The hotel is neat, with lots of social distancing in the lifts and even at the gym. Everyone seems to know what they ought to do. Breakfast is a dream! I never sat down to eat there as I usually used the gym first and then took away with me my breakfast on my way to my room. They always gave me a food pack for this. Post Covid means they only clean up the room if requested, and I love this. Overall, the room, as well as the entire building, is soundproof. I watched lots of aeroplane l while at the gym and it is interesting seeing them and not hearing their sound. The same with the rooms I’ve stayed several times I lodged here. It’s a beautiful place! There are about five Hilton surrounding Heathrow airport terminals, and this Hilton Garden Inn is situated close to Hatton Cross station. It’s less than 10 minutes walk from the station to the hotel, and that stopped me from taking Uber unless I’m going somewhere inaccessible by buses or trains. I will stay there again, and I highly recommend it.

We had the Queen Premium room. It had a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa. The comforter and mattr3ess cover on the sleeper sofa had blood stains on them No one ever answered the phone at the front desk. You had to bring these things down there to get them replaced. The shower was in a very narrow bathtub with a swiveling glass door. The space between the shampoo and the glass door was less than shoulder width so it was very hard to shower without splashing everywhere. You need to consider it a wet bath. Even for London standards, very tight room and I wouldn't stay there again. Transportation from the airport is b3est from the Underground. The "hopper" bus was expensive from the terminal.

All was ok with this hotel except for the bus shuttle service. We were almost two hours outside terminal 5 looking for the "famous Hilton Garden Shuttle which never showed up because the hotel did not have an specific shuttle. The shuttle service is based on all big buses which run around the airport servicing all passengers to any hotel. We did not know this and lost a lot of time waiting for the expected hotel bus. The hotel or Expedia should rewrite the information provided about the shuttle service and clarify that there is not a specific shuttle for specific hotels, all are good to take. just tell the driver to what hotel you go and that's it. Once we finally arrived in the hotel, the front desk rep. Enmanuel, did a wonderful job taking care of us professionally and very friendly. Thanks Enmanuel.

All was good. Location convenient for early flight. We opted for a taxi who was waiting outside the hotel rather than an Uber. The driver was very knowledgeable about the airport and made our transportation from hotel to airport, peaceful and calm.

Very nice hotel and close to the airport. The only complaint is we got 3 different suggestions on how to get to the airport and 3 different views on when the train schedule started in the mornings. Would suggest they have a updated printout of train schedules handy for each employee to help assist guests. To be clear though each staff member was very respectful just didn't have all of the info to assist us properly.

Myself and my daughters were there to take my wife (their mother) to the airport for her to fly back to Canada. Wasnt a trip we wanted to take but the hotel had chosen us as guests of the day with some vouchers and breakfast the next morning. Underwhelmed given the price. Why Hilton would have 2 garden inns close by I’ll never know. Price of room plus price of water and snacks was disgraceful (almost £4 for a bottle of water) we ended up getting tap water from the bar and taking it to our rooms). Rooms are tiny and it was over £20 in a taxi to T2. Dinner was without doubt processed my son’s pizza was frozen supermarket style and I’m certain the mash was from a packet, meals were expensive. Rooms are tiny and in need of an upgrade but the hotel including rooms were clean.

I had a night transit in London Heathrow airport. As the flight depart early the next morning, I decided to look for a hotel within the airport vicinity. I found Hilton Garden Inn, walking distance from Terminal 2 LHR. However, at the hotel check in counter, I was told the Hilton Garden Inn I booked was in T4 instead. Disappointed. The information should have been clearer to avoid unnecessary hassle caused to customers. Fortunately i was able to get a taxi nearby but this additional cost could be avoided. Staff at hilton garden inn T4 was friendly and helpful.
