No smoking inside the property – a £150 cleaning fee will apply for any violations.



No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.



No parties or events – unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.



Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.



Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight – a £60 charge per unregistered guest may apply.



Late check-out without prior approval may incur a £40 fee.



Any damage or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
