No smoking/vaping, pets or parties.  There is a small room at the top of the house which will be locked. The hosts have a dog who won’t be present, however a well-behaved dog would be welcome on request. Please also note that there are two free standing air conditioning units in this house. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
