Retreat to the bedrooms, where a queen, double, and single bed await, promising restful nights. For added convenience, the property features two bathrooms: a full bathroom with a sleek shower and ample storage for toiletries, and a separate WC with a toilet and washbasin. Please note that the second bathroom does not include a shower or bathtub.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in Golders Green, a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood known for its cultural richness and charming parks. Enjoy nearby attractions, such as the beautiful Golders Hill Park and its zoo, as well as a variety of dining options that reflect the area's multicultural flair.

Getting around is a breeze with Golders Green Station just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to the Northern Line. Local bus services also connect you swiftly to central London and other key areas, making exploration easy and convenient.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
