Property Details

This 40 sqm apartment sits on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area features a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table with chairs, and doubles as a comfortable work-from-home space with fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full sets of dishes, cutlery and cookware, plus pots, pans and utensils.

The bedroom features a double bed with a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered bed linen, comforters, pillows and bath towels are provided for each guest.

The bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has a shower, toilet and sink, and is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet rolls to start your stay.

A clothes washing machine and drying rack are available, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitised before each arrival. Heating is provided throughout winter. There is no air conditioning — portable fans available on request, subject to availability.



Policies and Important Information



Check-in from 3:00 PM. Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) may incur a fee, is subject to availability, and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. The host reserves the right to decline late check-in if requirements are not met.



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Damage deposit: £800, fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

No pets.

No parties, events or photoshoots. Maximum 4 guests at all times.

A noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for security purposes. It is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Neighborhood:

Step outside and discover one of London's most dynamic neighbourhoods. Whitecross Street itself hosts a popular street food market on weekday lunchtimes — one of the best in the City, right on your doorstep. A short walk brings you to the Barbican Centre, London's landmark arts complex offering theatre, cinema, concerts and exhibitions year-round. Explore the boutiques, restaurants and café terraces of Exmouth Market and Clerkenwell, or head east into the creative energy of Shoreditch and Old Street, with its independent galleries, bars and design studios.

History is never far away — the Museum of London, St Paul's Cathedral and the Guildhall are all within easy reach on foot or by tube. For green space, Bunhill Fields, one of the City's oldest burial grounds and a quiet urban retreat, is just a few minutes' walk.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
