The Caiano Farmhouse is an ancient building full of history.

On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with access to the spacious outdoor area equipped with an oven and dedicated tables, as well as a small fenced space; the dining room with a monumental solid wood table; the comfortable living room for listening to music and reading, drawing on the rich library with more than two thousand titles; and a study with a sofa bed and private bathroom.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with breathtaking views: two lofted double rooms, one double bedroom furnished entirely in 19th-century style, and a large, very bright multifunctional room that can host numerous beds or collective activities such as yoga, discussions, circles, and seminars, accessed through a small theater suitable for screenings and performances. On the first floor, there are two bathrooms, while on the lower floor there is a full bathroom and a service bathroom.
The fresh swimming pool is located less than 100 meters from the house, surrounded by olive trees in a leisure area where there is also a ping pong table and where guests can play freely. The pool and leisure area are reserved exclusively for the guests of the 4 houses that make up the entire Caiano Farmhouse complex.
From Caiano Farmhouse, you can reach for day trips the most beautiful cities and villages of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Lucca, Stia, Poppi, Arezzo, and many others. It is possible to organize wine and traditional food tasting tours. Many trails and trekking routes are marked and maintained, and you can reach natural waterfalls on foot or stop, work out, and swim in Lake Londa.
During the summer season, the Casentino Forests National Park organizes numerous cultural, recreational, and natural activities, including concerts in the forest or in several local farms.
During the autumn, you can participate in Olive Therapy: group olive harvesting, carried out manually and at a relaxed pace, ending with a gift of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil.
