« Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. « Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive.
