Wółczańska Central Studio is an apartment situated in an excellent location in Łódź, just 500 metres from Piotrkowska Street. Piotrkowska Street is one of the most iconic and historic pedestrian streets in Poland, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and unique charm. Its abundance of restaurants, cafés, distinctive boutiques, souvenir shops and nightclubs makes it an ideal place for social gatherings. Piotrkowska Street is also the heart of the city's cultural life and events. Concerts, film festivals, fairs and various artistic events are regularly held here, attracting both locals and tourists. The street is also famous for its lively nightlife. In the evening, when numerous bars, pubs and clubs come to life, it becomes a popular entertainment destination for residents and visitors alike.

Just next to the apartment is Prince Józef Poniatowski Park, an ideal place to relax surrounded by nature without leaving the city centre. The park is perfect for leisurely walks, jogging or enjoying a picnic. Łódź University of Technology is also located nearby. Within easy reach, Guests will find numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, service outlets and shopping centres, including Pasaż Łódzki and Galeria Łódzka.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city, thanks to numerous bus and tram stops as well as the nearby Łódź Kaliska railway station. This allows Guests to easily reach other attractions the city has to offer, such as the spectacular Łódź Zoo, the Botanical Garden and Fala Aquapark.

Wółczańska Central Studio is a stylishly furnished apartment featuring a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom.
