Right next to the apartment is Park Źródliska, the oldest park in Łódź, offering picturesque paths, beautiful old trees, and perfect spots for walking and relaxation. It's an ideal place for outdoor rest, jogging, or a picnic surrounded by nature.

For culture and history enthusiasts, the Museum of Cinematography is just a short walk away, showcasing the rich history of Polish and international cinema. Also nearby is the prestigious Leon Schiller National Film, Television and Theatre School, a globally renowned institution that attracts film and art lovers from all over the world.

Just 15 minutes on foot (1 km) separates the apartment from Piotrkowska Street – one of the longest commercial streets in Europe and the cultural heart of the city. On Piotrkowska Street, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shops with local products. It is also a venue for various artistic events, concerts, and festivals. Be sure to admire the beautiful tenement houses and the famous Walk of Fame, which honors outstanding film creators connected to Łódź.
