It has a lovely 150 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 200 m². Bed linen, towels and Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 150 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room (with shower) and a bathroom (with bath)
- A separate WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200), bathroom (with shower), WC
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² garden + 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Locmaria, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes, about 2 hours away (this journey includes a ferry crossing)
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approximately 3 hours away (this journey includes a ferry crossing)
- Port of Le Palais, take the boat from Quiberon, the house is about 15 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
