'I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!'

'Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

'The Staybridge in Liverpool has very large rooms, AC worked great and was very clean. We were there for a concert across the lake and the staff was very helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great (eggs, meat, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, coffee, bagels and more)'

'The room was dated but very clean. Comfortable bed. I was only staying 1 night before a concert, so did nothing more than come back from the show & sleep. The room does have a fridge (which I used) & a microwave (didn't need it) but NO COFFEE MAKER!'

'The coffee/breakfast area was never cleaned from the morning. We checked in after 7 pm. There was pancake batter smeared across the counter and down the front of the lower cabinet. the next morning the new breakfast foods were laid out on the dirty countertops. Disgusting. The bedroom had a sticky floor and the sleeper sofa was all stained and old looking. For a recently renovated hotel it was disgusting. If it wasn't non-refundable we would not have stayed.
