The living/dining room opens onto a terrace. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic glass hob with multiple hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has access to the terrace. Air conditioning is available throughout the penthouse. On the lower ground floor, there are two rooms, each with a French bed (1 x 150 cm) and a TV. One of these rooms also has two beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with a bath, bidet, WC, and a separate shower room with a WC.
