The living room, with a comfortable corner sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), is equipped with a large LCD TV (CTV and Google TV), a work corner, a dining table, and air conditioning. It flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary amenities. The glazed balcony, extending from the living room, provides a cozy spot for relaxation. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and washing machine, and there’s an additional separate toilet with a sink.

Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival from 23:00 to 7:00 there is an additional cost of 50 EUR. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
