I really wanted to like this house but unfortunately not much went as planned including the booking process on VRBO. The property management company sends an invoice after you book the property to pay the remaining balance which included a 1000 deposit that we did not get back. When we arrived at the property, the pool had not been cleaned in over a week, the hot tub would not turn on and the garbage disposal did not work. In addition, the water would not turn on in one of the bathrooms downstairs and some of the televisions were not working.I think one can expect to have small issues in a vacation home, however, each of the above issues were promptly reported to the property manager and they promised to come and fix them. No one ever showed up and the property management company stopped replying to messages. Before the property management company stopped replying to messages, one of the people at the answering service told me that the owner managed the hot tub and pool filters via Wi-Fi and they were not able to turn them on for other visitors. I don’t think this is a good property to rent - it has potential, unfortunately, the management company is not doing a great job.
