« This is an older property that was built to be a show pieced with brand name appliances, Samsung and LG, unusual for this part of the world. The property has suffered from a lack of expenditure in upkeep and could be fairly said to be looking a little worn. It also suffers from poor State run infrastructure with the area blacked out every day from 1400-2200.
