A seven minute drive to downtown Mendocino’s restaurants, beaches and shopping located on a ocean side private, quiet sunny nature filled acre plus. Spectacular ocean views abound from the decks as well as ocean views from every room in the home. The fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room separates the two large master bedroom suites. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom .

Central heat, High Speed internet, custom window blinds, Washer & Dryer, Clawfoot bathtub, walk in shower, home pod speaker synced to iTunes, 43-inch HD Smart TV synced to Netflix subscription Brick hearth fireplace in the living room. An eight person 57 jet Hot Springs Hot Tub and custom-built sauna, cold shock water tower, a hot water outdoor shower and newly built deck with lounge chairs are all located in a very private sunny fully fenced large backyard.

We offer a brochure with prices and a full menu of our In Home Spa Treatments to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Our therapist she is highly skilled well reviewed and over 500 hours of training. Regarding this listing the pictures say a thousand words and we are most commonly booked nearly full elsewhere year round by the time the actual available day arrives. We have nearly 200 5 star reviews and a 4.97 rating if you take a moment to fact check and look for it elsewhere however because we have zero reviews here on this platform we are still waiting our first ever Vrbo booking. This is an exceptional choice and a luxurious accommodation to stay at.

Beautiful surroundings, very nice and very clean house. The hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower is a dream combo, we loved it. Nothing like soaking under a sky full of stars! The house is peaceful and quiet, and convenient to both Mendo/Ft Bragg, and outdoor activities. Owner was communicative and helpful.We enjoyed our stay very much. One important caution: we can't give 5 stars, because the back yard is not as securely fenced as advertised; our dogs got out several times. If your dog is not inclined to leave your side, you might be ok. But it's unsafe for any dog who might test a fence. Hopefully the owner will make some small improvements to the fence so it's not an issue.

Gabriel is a great host! My wife and I stayed for Valentine's weekend, he helped arrange for roses to be delivered to the house before our arrival. The house has great ocean views, comfortable beds and all the amenities needed in the kitchen. Less than 10 minutes to Mendocino so a convenient location. We'd definitely stay again.

Great spot for exploring the Mendocino area. The house has two ensuite bedrooms on either side of the great room area so it would be good for two couples vacationing together as you can spread out and have privacy. The hot tub and sauna are awesome. Gabriel provide a photo of where to turn off of Rte 1-pay attention as it would be easy to miss! Spacious and well equipped. Communication with Gabriel was excellent. So nice to find a VRBO that isn't a sterile corporate renovation like some of the ones I have stayed in this past year. This place has charm and character. Great hiking and seafood nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very well maintained, and all of the accommodations were as advertised. It is a very private rental, with plenty of room inside and outside. The hot tub and sauna are very nice to relax in outside.We booked massages through a massage therapist, recommended by the host, who was able to do the massage work at the home! Highly recommend! Overall 10/10 experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gabriel’s home. Communication was excellent and he ensured we had all necessary info to make the check-in process seamless. We found the entire home to be very clean. Probably one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have stayed in over the years. The home has two masters, but we only used one of the rooms. The bed was quiet and comfortable. In the back yard, we enjoyed the sauna and jetted saltwater hot tub. Salt water is a huge improvement of chlorine and the jets were amazing. There is a small fenced backyard which we were able to enjoy safely with our dog. As far as the location, the home is accessed from a quiet private road shared by several homes. The area is extremely quiet, both in and outside, and was one of the high lites of the stay. There is a partial ocean view. Although it was foggy/cloudy most of our stay, we were still able to enjoy the view and watch a few boats on the water. Overall, I highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Mendocino. It’s minutes from town, several restaurants, and family-friendly beaches.
