« The property was spacious but the property had a smell upon entering. The refrigerator was iced over in the back and had black stuff inside, also with a smell. The property had spiders and bugs throughout. The kitchen window didn’t have any window coverings. While there the air conditioning broke and didn’t get repaired until noonish the next day. Three of the ceiling fans didn’t have the string attached to change the settings on fans. The dryer didn’t dry! Also, the backyard had a very worn rug...
