'Check in is a long wait no towels until 3 o’clock each day shower doors falling apart carpet dirty door latch broken.'

'The room was disgustingly dirty and had an awful odor. The room looked old and dingy. The sheets also had yellow stains on them. They finally changed my room the following afternoon and they couldn’t give me keys because the system was down. When we went into the second room it was better but smelled like mildew.'

'Fitness center is not active single advertising. My tub had a slow drain so my kids could not properly take baths. The staff in not attentive to complaints and the hotel needs a super renovation. Breakfast was not appealing at all. They need a renovation immediately.'

'Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone.'

'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '

'Immaculately clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. Loved the pool. Was very happy overall- my only recommendation would be to update the sleeper sofas. Would definitely recommend and stay again!'
