The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

In the living room, there is a smart TV with cable connection and a cozy sofa facing the well-lit balcony overlooking the street.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid delays, please inform us of your flight number and the expected time of arrival at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. This information is very important for coordinating our team and providing you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

To the north of the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara is the Príncipe Real neighborhood, essentially an extension of Bairro Alto, with a very pleasant square and a tree-lined garden. In the center of the square, there is a café and some exotic trees, including a century-old cedar tree that resembles a giant umbrella, all surrounded by colorful 19th-century mansions.

Known for its antique shops, gardens, viewpoints, and growing gay population, Príncipe Real is emerging as an interesting shopping destination due to the increasing number of designer stores. It remains primarily a residential neighborhood known for its palaces and two of the city's most peaceful squares, Príncipe Real and Flores.

The neighborhood is attracting a younger demographic, and the older buildings are being restored, maintaining their charm. The vitality of the shops and streets contrasts well with the antiques and preserved facades of the buildings. New families are filling the parks and public gardens, while designers and creators are opening exclusive stores, and the cafés and restaurants showcase the latest trends for a cosmopolitan experience.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the Rato metro station, this apartment is close to some of the largest attractions and historic monuments in Lisbon, as well as many restaurants, bars, and antique shops.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 16:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Cot and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ Monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
