Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer, very near to some top attractions such as Belem Tower, Gerónimos monastery and pastéis de Belém.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain a comfy queen-sized and double bed respectively, with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

The extra room can be used for luggage storage or dry laundry.

Note: There are constructions in the building that can cause noise during the day.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lisbon is the coastal and mountainous capital of Portugal. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old city, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum exhibits 5 centuries of decorative tiles. On the outskirts of Lisbon are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
