We rented in June of 2022.
We stayed on the 1st floor (ground floor, up 1 flight) (in the USA, we'd call this the 2nd floor, as we call the "ground" the "first"). I only mention this because there's another rental unit ABOVE the one we rented. For most of the stay, it was quiet, but then a group of 20 somethings came in, and it was noisy as heck! Fortunately it was our last night, but I did complain to the property manager because I was beyond pissed off. They rang our door bell, it sounded like they were elephants in the room above us, no idea what they were doing, but it was NOISY!
That all said, the unit can sleep MANY people as each bed is also a trundle bed. There were only 6 of us (2 couples, 1 single and 1 child). We didn't even use one of the bedrooms.
I wish they provided more pillows though! Even though there were only 6 of us, some beds didn't have pillows.. it was almost as if they didn't put them out because there were only 6 of us.
Towels too, not enough, but we made it work.

Laundry (washer only) on site was a godsend !! Portugal hotels don't seem to have dryers... we stayed in several different hotels during our stay, all had a washing machine, and not a single one had a dryer. Guess that's the Portugal way!
Very close to the subway. A bit far from say the "Jerónimos Monastery", but very close to the "Santa Justa Lift" and a ton of shops and restaurants on pedestrian only streets. There is also a traditional (indoor) mall down the street. Lisbon is just a pretty big city, so there's no ideal spot for a hotel/room.
My suggestion, rent a scooter. They are fun and cheap, and **everywhere**
I've seen some bad reviews regarding "Central Hill Apartments" and I can't confirm any of them. I only texted them twice (once when the breaker tripped, and yes, they do explain how to fix it when they show you the apartment, but after 3 days of sight seeing, I honestly could not remember, but they got back to me RIGHT AWAY. The 2nd time was to complain about the upstairs renters and, again, they got back to me RIGHT AWAY. So I really can't complain about Central Hill, as I had no issues with them at all.
There was a TV in the unit. The pictures online do not show a TV.
