She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable. « The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. The sink in the bathroom is beautiful but the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There were no towels until we...

« Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend. »
