Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed plus a sofa with a twin pull-out bed, sleeping up to three guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up breakfast before the beach or crack open a seafood feast after a day of exploring. The studio also includes a TV and a full bathroom, giving you everything you need for a cozy stay.



When it's time to hit the sand, you're in luck. Sea Gypsy offers one of the closest beach access points on the Oregon Coast. There are a few stairs down to the beach, but you're just a short walk from the shoreline, making sunrise strolls and sunset walks incredibly easy.



Take a dip in our indoor heated pool, warm up in the sauna, or gather around the community BBQ grills for dinner. Whether you're here to explore Lincoln City or simply stay tucked into your little shell for the weekend, you'll have everything you need.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool, and dry sauna. This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
