Flats in Lincoln City

'Our stay was great! There was no vacuum in the room which was a little frustrating with sand from the beach and carpeted floors. The pool and hot tub area was always clean. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen amenities were a good selection.'

'There for a few days with the family, great stay, walk to the beach in seconds!!! Great price only thing I disliked that the neighbors were all minors and were very loud all night, had a gal knock on our door couple times thinking it was her room (minor was drunk)!! And at arrival the room we stayed in smelled horrible, smelled as if someone had just smoked in the room. But other than that all was good!!'

'The pictures were a bit deceiving. The properties condition was quite outdated. The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. I didn’t get a notification of the spa being broke down until I booked the room with no refund. The room next-door had a notification from the sheriffs department that it was being condemned and all the items inside were being auctioned off. The jackhammer that started outside of our room on the final day (at 8 am) was the cherry on top of our crappy experience here....

'Overall the stay was outstanding! We were able to have our 2 dogs with us in the pet-friendly room. There was some confusion when reading through the Vrbo posting and policies but it worked out. The communication was easy and quick. The room itself was good, as it was a pet-friendly room, stains were to be expected. The rooms don’t stink which was a highlight. We enjoyed the balcony. Unfortunately we had a neighbor who would leave their dogs unattended and they barked every time we would enter...

'Great location and easy check in process. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view!One suggestion would be to make the emailed information more concise so we can easily find wi-fi password, pool location, car registration info, etc. I felt like we had to sort through a lot of info and couldn't always find the simple answer we needed. Place was clean and adequately stocked. The pool/hot tub area smelled kinda musty. Thanks for a great time overall!'

'Everything was great! There was plenty of room for our family of five, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access and the amazing view from our balcony. There were also several really good food options within walking distance, which made things even more convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to assign parking spots to each room, as parking can be limited at night. Having designated spots would make it easier to come and go...
