Our flat is on the 6th floor of a building with lift and custodian, located in a fully served area, only 50mt from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The space was renovated in 2024, it consists of a furnished balcony, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with shower. Ideal for up to four guests. It comes with a washing machine/dryer, and one covered and numbered parking space.
