'We had arrived in Paris after a 10-hour transatlantic flight, taken the TGV to Lyon, and driven our rental car to St. Albans. We planned to stay two nights to recuperate from jet lag. St. Albans is filled with narrow streets that seem to have more traffic than you would expect in a small town. It was very dark when we arrived and Verizon's international plan offered no connectivity. I knew the address of the rental, and I had the key box code. It would not open the key box. I tried...

'Mooi vakantiehuis. Erg proper. Vele gezellige zithoeken in de tuin. Perfect zwembad. De kleinkinderen hebben zich erg geamuseerd met de schommels, de spelletjes, de paardjes. Erg goede barbecue aanwezig en voldoende keukengerei.Enig minpuntje was dat er maar 3 ligbedden aan het zwembad stonden. Ook moesten we op het einde van ons verblijf nog extra schoonmaakkosten betalen, wat niet vermeld stond op de boekingssite. Was jammer. '

'Grande propriété avec grande terrasse. Tres bien équipée. Environnement calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte.'

'Excellent séjour avec un environnement magnifique ( de la piscine vue sur les Alpas au loin), calme.Excellent contact avec l'hôte qui allie subtilement discrétion et disponibilité et attentif à une parfaite organisation.L'électroménager est au complet, la piscine est impeccable, le jacuzzi très agréable, et le soin est pris à ce que rien ne manque.'

'Logement en sous-sol, sombre et humide beaucoup trop de marche et de niveau différent un peu trop loin des commerçants. cependant un point positif le logement est bien équipé. En conclusion, logement bien équipé mais le prix est excessif pour ce type de logement. '

Een buitenzwembad en een verwarmd zwembad

'We had a really lovely stay at this property. It was really clean, very well appointed and in a fantastic location for either relaxing in the garden or by the pool, or venturing out to Peaugres Safari, The Village outlet for some shopping, or visiting any of the other local attractions. Air conditioning was a big bonus, as was the hot tub, and David is an excellent host, checking in to make sure all was OK and offering advice on where to visit. Hopefully we will back again, totally...

'Merci beaucoup ! Nous étions 14 à fêter un anniversaire important (70 ans !) en famille, avec des membres de tous âges, de 2 à 70 ans, et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour au Clos des Collières. La maison offre beaucoup d’espace, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, et elle est d’une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires, toujours disponibles et réactifs à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !'

'Nous étions venus voir avec mes amis le concert de Rammstein au groupama stadium et cherchions un point de chute pour passer un bon moment !! Mission largement accomplie par le bumble bée super bien équipé !! Nos hôtes ont été charmants malgré notre retard, et ont très bien aménagé cet endroit ( dehors avec l espace bien être qui père bien son nom et dedans super bien décoré) qui vous permet de vous détendre à coup sûr. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!'

'Une fois qu'on a passé le portail on est dans un joli domaine arboré et calme mais vite animé par la convivialité des hôtes, de leur famille et des autres locataires. Un très bon endroit pour passer des moments en famille avec piscine, balançoires, trampoline etc.'

'We enjoyed a 2-week stay in this fantastic house with great pool. In advance the owners had sent an elaborate information package so we were fully informed on what to expect. We were not disapointed! This is a very complete location, with everything in great shape. We were even offered to arrive earlier if we wanted, and an extra room was made ready so we could choose which we liked best and as a nice gesture we had 2 bottles of local wine to enjoy. The open kitchen had all the appliances we...

'The home has all the amenities and has chic rooms. We all stayed with a baby where the large rooms were definitely convenient. The area is more spacious than you can see in photo. So we were able to play badminton, petanque and of course swimming. Incredibly enjoyed and would love to come back. Thank you Sebastien!'

"Als je op zoek bent naar een goed hotel om te slapen op doorreis dan zit je hier goed. De kamers zijn basic en beetje verouderd maar wel ok. Het bed ligt goed, er is airco en een rolluik wat de kamer goed donker maakt. Het eten is heel slecht. Ik zou zeker geen ontbijt bijboeken! De croissants waren zuur, het brood proefde ook vreemd. Ook het avondeten in het restaurant is geen aanrader, de pizza smaakte slecht. Wel vriendelijk personeel. Dus om te slapen een goed hotel, ruime parking maar ik zou er niet eten."
