'Das Penthouse war in allen Punkten hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bedacht, dass es uns gut geht. Die Beschreibung auf der Webseite stimmt und hat gehalten, was sie versprach. Hin und wieder gab es tagsüber Fluglärm von Düsenjägern, die am nicht weit entfernten Militärflughafen stationiert waren. Das hat uns jedoch nicht am Erholen gehindert. Zum Meer war es nah und der Blick von der Terrasse war wunderschön, zum Meer und in die Ferne. Gerne würden wir wieder...

'I spent the night before my flight from Rome to NYC at the seaside home. The host, Colegano was so helpful. He picked me up at the train station and took me to the apartment and to the train station the next day. I would have been lost without him! It is a few steps from the beach and restaurants and has a view of the ocean. I had my last swim in the ocean before heading home and it was wonderful. Great stay.'

'Place is located about 7-8 miles from Rome - with traffic it takes about 35-40 min to center of the city. We had room and bathroom floor on 1st level (queen size bed) and there was a room (3 twin beds) and bathroom. We also had kitchen/living room area (plates, glasses, silverware, pans). Property is clean. You will need car to get around - its not walking distance to anything - which it didnt bother us, we had car. Check in was contactless - we were given instructions how to access property....

'Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Patrizia nous a accueilli dans un esprit familial et chaleureux. Sa maison est juste magique : l’horizon infini avec verdure, fleurs&oliviers, et mer au loin est immédiatement ressourçant. Facile accès à Rome Termini en train depuis la gare de Campoleone (parking gratuit à 9min en voiture puis 25 min de train pour environ 3EUR. Parfait pour alterner repos et visites. 'Stayed with a couple of friends in villa Carina during the summer of ‘22. Lovely, spacious house with amazing garden and thick walls (no noise). Would really recommend. Only downside is the lack of taxi’s in the area.'

Le logement n’est pas entretenu : carreaux cassés, portes et Baie vitrées qui ne ferment pas ou mal, moisissure, odeurs désagréables… Les équipements intérieur et extérieur sont vétustes et le logement est très mal équipé, notamment au niveau de la vaisselle disponible ! '4 nachten in het hotel verbleven in verband met vakantie. Gelukkig een auto gehuurd omdat het bereiken van het centrum van Rome op zijn minst een uitdaging zou zijn. Hotel is gelegen op een industrie terrein met aan beide zijden een drukke weg. Hierdoor veel last van verkeerslawaai. Als vakantieadres geen aanrader. De advertentie gaf aan 5 minuten van de Middelandse zee maar zelfs met de auto was het een kwartier. Wel geschikt als overnachtingsplaats op doorreis of als zakenhotel. De kamer zijn...
