'Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible. '

'Nice quiet location about 15 minute drive from Bellagio. Nice host and clean house. Two surprises that caught us off guard…first, though there were two bathrooms advertised, but there was only one shower for four people. Second and more significant, there was no heat in the unit until mid October. The weather was in the upper 40s/low 50s at night, so the house was downright cold most of the time. 'My family and I really liked staying here. Difficult to find but that was car’s navigation issue. Only 15 mins from main center of Bellagio. Communication with owner was top notch and he was extremely helpful and nice. Very peaceful and quiet. Only downfall is the bath tub in field directly in front of property but that probably belongs to another property. '
