'Everything was good except shower had mould/dirt in and around the tray.'

'Our dog friendly room was perfect! We even had our own little garden. Room was spotlessly clean with a huge bed. Extremely dog friendly. Staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here very much. We will always stay here now when we visit Lytham. '

'Great room for the price, and loved that they provided some breakfast cereals and coffee. Room was very clean and organized. The bedroom was small but for a single guest is was more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Mattress knackered , and windows need replacing ,very busy road i know but noise was horrendous all night as the wooden window are well passed there best .'

'It was mouldy all around the windows and in the shower room and the bed sheets were dirty they're covered with dirty all the quilt covers were dirty the mattress was all dirty yellow when they should have been white mattresses the cupboard door was hanging off and there was a hole in this ceiling '

'Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

'Room fine for what I wanted. Heating, Hot drinks available, TV working, shower was next door but no problem for me for price I paid lovely and quiet'
