We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated cozy vacation home. All of the beds were comfortable, the layout of the house is perfect, and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking! It was also nice to have the extra warmth of the fireplace in the mornings and evenings. We've traveled to Lexington, KY many times to visit our son at UK and this is the best vacation home we've stayed in by far! Jeannette is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this wonderful vacation home!

Surprise 70th Birthday

The property is fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive. The house was set up for everything one might need. Plenty of space for our girls weekend surprise party for my sister‘s 70th birthday. We had the best time at this property. It is very well set-up for a group of adult friends and would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities provided were great. Location was great too! Wonderful graduation weekend!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. We were there celebrating our son's graduation from University of Kentucky. It was an easy drive into the university for graduation. We enjoyed our time at the house sitting around the fire pit. It was also close to grocery shopping and a good pizza place. The house was comfortable, well decorated and equipped. We don't have another graduate but would definitely stay here again to attend Keeneland or a university event.

Can’t say enough good things about this property! We returned for a second year after our wonderful experience in 2021. Jeannette is a pleasure to deal with and her special touches are certainly appreciated. Property is spacious, luxurious and comfortable. You can’t go wrong with the convenience of the location. Well Located and Super Comfortable

Our family of four had the whole upstairs while we took the K suite downstairs, we enjoyed the space and the equine decor. We were greeted with flowers, cookies, wine and breakfast food ...very generous. Other than Red River, no place we went was more than 30 minutes away. It was fun to walk the 2 blocks to hear music at the Moon Dance outdoor stage. Other highlights were Red State BBQ, Shaker Village, morning horse workout at Keeneland, and Ashland.

Beautifully decorated home with plenty of room to spread out. It is an excellent location for restaurants, grocery store and Kentucky Horse Park.
