The first bedroom is fitted with 1 bed and includes a private shower and WC, with direct access to a balcony that also benefits from a south-facing and west-facing position. The second bedroom is a double room furnished with 1 double bed and likewise opens onto a balcony enjoying the same south-facing and west-facing aspect. The third bedroom is a double room equipped with 2 beds and a private shower and WC. The fourth bedroom is a double room with 1 double bed and its own private shower and WC. Completing the layout, the apartment also features a shared bathroom and a separate WC.
