'This is a great place to stay while exploring Sarlat. It’s close to everything to see in the city center. The building the apartment is in was built in the 1400’s, but the apartment has been updated to modern amenities. It is is spacious and clean. The bed was large and so comfortable. Rebeca, the host, is very kind. She told us a few places to see in the area. She even provided us with a bottle of wine. There are stairs to climb, but it is worth it to stay in this great apartment. 'We stayed 3 nights with our 2 teenagers. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but adequate for our needs. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen was stocked in case we wanted to. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and the town of Sarlat is very cute. Parking is just up the hill from the apartment. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely return. It was a great experience. '
