'Kamers waren armoedig. Heel gehorig, de buren zijn te horen en veel lawaai van de gang. Ontbijtbuffet is elke dag hetzelfde, vooral gericht op Britse en duitse keuken, weinig echt Grieks. Personeel komt niet heel vriendelijk over. Als je niet all inclusive bent gooien ze je pasje nog net niet naar je toe. Zwembaden waren erg koud. En voor de strandbedjes moet je 10 euro bij betalen. Tegenvaller.. Je kan wel heel makkelijk parkeren bij het hotel en stad Kos is op loopafstand. '

'Mijn partner en ik verbleven een hele week in dit hotel. We hadden een hele mooie kamer, alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een zeer mooi hotel en is goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Ook het andere eten uit de restaurants was lekker en vers. Wij hebben enorm genoten, we zouden zeker terugkeren.'

'We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

'On arrival we were too early, the room was not ready yet, which is understandable. At 15:00, the check-in time, the room would definitely be ready. Back at the hotel at 15:30. 'The hotel is beautiful and the location unique. The food at the buffets is varied and good, better than the restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful and the all inclusive is truly all inclusive. The only reason why it's not a 5 is the entertainment. There was quality live music every evening, but no other activities. The animation team was invisible throughout the day and didn't do much than dancing and clapping in the evenings. Overall it was still an excellent experience.'

"We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this place. What stood out most was the staff: they are incredibly helpful, genuinely caring, and clearly have a real passion for both their business and the people they serve. It never feels like they are doing this just for the money; their dedication and hospitality come across in every interaction. The rooms were absolutely spotless and very well maintained; Thank you Joy and Sherine ❤️ As for comments about noise, I think it’s important to remember that this largely depends on the guests who happen to be staying at the same time. That’s something no hotel or accommodation provider can fully control. During our stay, we found that any noise issues were mostly related to other guests. Overall, the cleanliness, warm atmosphere, and exceptional staff made for a great experience. I would happily stay here again."
