L'appartement Refuge Des Bellachat aux Houches est un appartement d'une chambre à coucher d'un bon rapport qualité/prix, situé dans un emplacement skis aux pieds, près de la télécabine de Prarion. L'appartement se trouve à quelques pas du centre-ville des Houches et à proximité de la station de bus reliant Les Houches au reste de la vallée de Chamonix. L'appartement bénéficie d'un agencement flexible et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Situé dans un complexe fermé, l'appartement dispose d'une place de parking, d'un accès à une piscine intérieure et d'une laverie sur place. L'espace piscine est l'une des meilleures caractéristiques de l'appartement, un véritable luxe et un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée exaltante en montagne, ou une excellente option lorsque le mauvais temps limite les autres activités dans la vallée.
L'EMPLACEMENT
L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence de taille moyenne, située dans un endroit où l'on peut accéder aux pistes de ski, dans le village des Houches. Le domaine skiable des Houches s'étend d'une altitude de 950m à 1900m. Du sommet, on a une vue spectaculaire à 360° sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Et avec 55 km de pistes serpentant à travers les forêts, vous découvrirez les vrais plaisirs du ski. En été, Les Houches sont réputées pour le VTT et ses longues descentes vers le fond de la vallée (950-1900m). Les pistes ici vont de l'intermédiaire doux aux arbres avancés et aux pistes à forte déclivité. L'une des pistes préférées des habitants est la descente du sommet de la télécabine du Prarion vers le village de St Gervais et Le Fayet. Il existe un certain nombre d'options différentes, offrant de longues et exaltantes descentes jusqu'en bas. Vous trouverez également de nombreux sentiers de randonnée à votre porte.
LES DÉTAILS
L'appartement dispose d'un salon/salle à manger/cuisine ouvert qui donne sur un balcon ensoleillé. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit et d'une télévision et la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, un four et une cuisinière. La chambre contient un lit double et de nombreux rangements. À l'extérieur, il y a une place de parking, une piscine et une buanderie.

L'appartement est vendu avec un service de restauration. Les réservations de l'appartement comprennent les draps et les serviettes, le nettoyage de fin de séjour et la taxe de séjour locale. Vous pouvez vous enregistrer dans l'appartement entre 16h00 et 22h00 - nous pourrions être en mesure d'organiser un enregistrement plus tardif mais cela doit être demandé à l'avance (il y a un supplément de 70 € pour un enregistrement tardif).

Chalet Blackbushe is conveniently located close to key amenities in Les Houches. Just steps away from the Prarion lift, it's easy to hit the ski slopes straight from your doorstep. The chalet also overlooks the Chavants lake, a popular spot year-round with a café, cross-country ski track in the winter and a climbing wall in the summer.
For those travelling with kids, the area has plenty to keep them entertained. Daily essentials are easily sorted too; a bakery next door sells not only bread and pastries but also essentials like milk and even evening meals. When it comes to exploring further, the nearby bus stop provides hassle-free access to the rest of the Chamonix Valley. Nestled in the Haute de Chavants development, Chalet Blackbushe offers a unique blend of seclusion and convenience. Please note that access to the chalet involves ascending approximately 30 steps, and thus may not be suitable for those with mobility restrictions.
As you enter the ground floor, you'll find a TV room equipped with a sofa bed and a wide-screen TV with satellite channels. A dedicated laundry area includes a washer and tumble dryer. This level also features a shower room, a WC, and abundant storage space.
A short climb to the next level reveals an open kitchen, dining room, and living room, all warmly centered around a cosy fireplace, giving a traditional chalet feel. These spaces extend onto a balcony that overlooks splendid views and leads to a garden area perfect for alfresco dining.
On the top floor, two double bedrooms each provide private balcony access and are fitted with TVs. An office room and a well-appointed bathroom with WC complete this floor.
What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed (there is a 25 euro per stay supplement for a sofa bed pack if your property has a sofa bed you wish to use), end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
