'The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night
Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. This one I have to say was the dirties for when I cleaned the...

'This place was excellent for the price ! Fairly newly renovated , staff was friendly and breakfast was a great spread including eggs ,sausages , hashbrowns and waffles. Bed was comfy , i had an grest sleep!! Also super bonus that directly behind the building and across a divide of grass there is a Tim Hortons ,wendys,sushi place,Mexican restaurant and another restaurant!! Super convenient'

'Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa.
This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet.
Owner even made special deluxe smoothies along with the continental breakfast that is included with each stay.
Highly recommend.

'The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel.
The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked.'

'Woman at the front desk was nice, gave me extra towels when I asked. However, we only had two towels in the room when I booked with my family, sooooo net zero I guess.
One set of bed sheets had what appeared to be processed cheese caked on (like they weren’t washed properly and then dried). Other bed sheets were stained purple (paint we hope?)
Showerhead sprayed everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor that we had to clean. Nor was there body wash in the bathroom.
One of the cheapest toilet...

'Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance.
The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue.'

'We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked two nights but only stayed for one after our reason for visiting that area was cancelled. The main reason was the lack of cleanliness. They definitely don't do a clean after each booking. The floors under the fold out were dirty, the appliances weren't wiped down, there were streaks on the mirrors and stains on the wall in the bedroom. As well, the pipes are corroded under the sink and it smells awful. We took the garbage out so we didn't have...

'First time staying here. We stayed in one of the cottaged and it felt just as a cottage should. Had a fire which saga provied the wood. Plus we had a bbq which also was provided with with propane. It was a excellent stay we will be back.'
