The 19 m² apartment is located in the Le Nécou residence in the Reberty 2000 district. It has been completely renovated and can accommodate 4 people, facing north with views of La Croisette and the slopes. It is located at the foot of the slopes (ski-in/ski-out access) and close to shops and free shuttle buses from 8 am to 11 pm during the winter season. Accommodation quality label: pending. The accommodation: THE ENTRANCE: Alcove with bunk beds (2 single beds 190 x 80 cm) with storage, large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. THE BATHROOM: Shower with glass screen, vanity unit with storage and large mirror, toilet, electric towel warmer, small cabinet, hairdryer. MAIN ROOM: The living room and entrance are separated by a door. 3-seater sofa bed, woven fabric, sleeping area with a 140 x 190 cm mattress (unfolds very easily into a bed). Small coffee table, cubbyhole storage, electric wall radiator, 80cm flat screen TV, large wardrobe with shelves.
