The villa, located at an altitude of 390m is 10 minutes from the beaches of Etang Salé, 20 minutes from St Leu, St Pierre, and 1/2 hour from the beaches of La Saline or St Gilles les bains
Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, and all the attractions offered by St Leu, St Gilles and Etang Salé (horse riding, paragliding, sea turtle museum, golf, water slides, crocodile park ...)
Les Avirons, located at the crossroads of the West, the Wild South and the Volcano beaches at the entrance to the cirque of Cilaos (hiking, canyoning), is also close to the departures of all the major hikes of the island, nicknamed, the intense island.

You will be greeted on your arrival by Nathalie GUERIN, who will present the house and its functionalities, and who will remain reachable during your stay in case of need.
She is the one who will give you and pick up the keys by end of stay

Kitchen of 14 m² plus pantry, overlooking the veranda and the living room, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer oven, 4 gas burners, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee makers (2 including a Nespresso – remember to bring your capsules even if you can find them at the meeting) and all kitchen appliances, AIRFRYER, toasters, food processors, juicers, chargers for mobile phones (several USB sockets available...)
