'Great location. Clunky check-in as all virtual. Hot tub, which is the reason booked was broken, saunas did not heat up, could not adjust the heat in the room, so even though we tried to turn it off it was 80’ overnight. Machine for tea also didn’t work. Clean rooms but the hot tub and heat issues made us disappointed '

'Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). '

'Hotel was good, everything was as expected. Drain in bathtub was broken so my toddler couldn’t take a real bath, but that wasn’t a huge deal, just had to shower. Check in staff was okay, check out staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT! Walked to everything. '

'Zeer grote kamer en prima bed + matras. Zeer leuke bar. Minpunt: bij diner was de zaak voor 60% leeg en ik kon geen tafel alleen krijgen. Werd redelijk brutaal afgesnauwd. Barman was wel zeer attendvol en vriendelijk. '

'I absolutely love this place. I've always sad when it's time to leave. The people are so sweet and caring and helpful and unbelievable. The place is clean and the rooms are fresh smelling and it's very pretty and the parking lot is great and it's just wonderful I just don't have enough words to say how wonderful it is. '

'There was hair in the bathtub and dog fur all over the floor. Was definitely not pleased, and will never stay at that specific Best Western ever again. '

'Emailed regarding my trip. Tons of things were closed or opened layer then listed. Including night time snow tubing. We were told due to the low occupancy it wasnt worth it for them to be open. But i paid the same price as everyone else does. The main thing we went up there to do was the night time lighted snow tubing. Our room was jnfested with lady bugs, the safe didnt work, cigarette butts and ashes all over the balcony. '

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Loved our stay here. The common spaces are great for hanging out, the hot tub was wonderful, nice fire pits. Fresh cookies were delicious and they set up marshmallows for roasting and a hot cocoa station. The filtered water stations were a huge perk! Shuttle was convenient but only if you're going to south ridge, any stops after that took so long. The room was quite small with a tiny bathroom but luckily we didn't need the room much. I would recommend hooks in the showers to hang bathingsuits...
