« Loved this place! It was such an adorable, quaint property. For those who enjoy nature, the wildlife was amazing - watching fawns roam across the field and all the birds was awesome. My family of 5 loved it so much. It butts right up against the national park which made checking out the sights very easy. The pictures are exactly as those listed online. The host was lovely and provided some tips and links to local activities. If we ever return to New River Gorge would 100% come back to this...

Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing. Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go. »

« Loved the location in a beautiful rural area not far from town, which was very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the new deck, lovely nature setting, and lighted pathway with flickering lantern lights in the evening. Host was responsive to any of our questions. Could only stay a day, but could easily have stayed longer. »

The kitchen has everything needed for cooking a meal, and you can cook outdoors on a grill or over a fire. There's even a laundry room! « Our experience at this cottage was extremely disappointing. After driving for 4 hours, we had to clean for two hours before unpacking to make it a bit more acceptable. Where do I begin, the cottage was very dirty and so are the pots and pans left there to be used by the guests. The kettle on the stove was filled with dirty rusty water, the cast iron pans were greasy and dirty, the table, chairs and wall behind the stove were very sticky.
