Dining table with seating for six plus kitchen island has additional seating for two. Back deck has a bistro table and seating for two. Half bathroom downstairs, two full bathrooms upstairs. Laundry room has newly upgraded front loading washer and dryer. 65” Smart tv downstairs, plus smart tvs in every bedroom. Queen air mattress available upon request. Wifi speeds are over 400 mbps download and 50 mbps upload.

Home is centrally located in Leonardtown within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Two off street parking spots are located directly out front along with additional street parking.

While I do find that the area is not noisy there is a fire station appx 2 blocks away and if there is an emergency they will activate the sirens and you will hear them inside the house.
