« I found the staff very helpful, especially the young man who worked over night. We experienced a slight problem, and he could not have been nicer. He represented the hotel extremely well. Breakfast was uninspiring but generally good. The view from the breakfast room is lovely. The common areas seem a little tired, but the room was very good value - especially as we overlooked the lake. « Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either. »

« December 2018 The room was super cold when we arrived. we had to push up the heater to feel comfortable. The bathroom was very difficult to heat and never got dry during our stay (2 nights), the tiles stayed wet all along, which was, during winter time, quite unpleasant and also dangerous because it was slippery. The bathtub was not the cleanest we saw (the ceramic was grey inside instead of white) was it old or just not well cleaned..., don't know. We haven't try the TV. Bed OK. The wifi...
