'The deluxe continental breakfast was lacking! It was a "Grab and Go" breakfast when we got there. Not what we expected.'

'We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. 'The lodge was secure, and I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. A few things could be improved, such as replacing the shower curtain and ironing board, and giving the refrigerator a more thorough cleaning, as they had noticeable yellowish stains. 'Check in was quick and friendly. We had our dog so we were put in one of the designated "pet rooms"; that made me a little worried that it would be dirty, but it wasn't at all! Room, bed, linens, and bathroom were all spotless. The fridge and microwave were good to have as well. The pet relief area was right outside our room, equipped with pick up bags and a trashcan. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area!'

'The handicap shower needs caulking. There was black mold around the base. No shelves if your in a wheelchair or very short... all shelves in shower were high. My socks were filthy after just 5 min on the carpet. Breakfast had no hot items at all. Very little to offer. Staff was really nice. Great price!'
