This large home is located on a full acres of land facing a 15 acres nature preserve featuring multiple lakes and amazing wildlife to view, including birds, otters, racoons, turtles, tortoises.
The home features 3 Bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms and a powder room. Ceramic Tiles throughout and plush carpeting in the bedrooms. Large Living Room with flat screen HDTV, dining room and spacious kitchen. 2-car garage. Heated private pool and spa (electric Heater for pool/spa is optional and extra - fees will be charged ) with ample room to lounge in the sun. covered and shaded outside dining to enjoy those mild Florida evenings!

This home was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The photos appear to be many years old, and the property is in serious disrepair. The pool deck was dirty on arrival—with food under the patio table and sharp gravel-like pieces everywhere—and the patio furniture was torn, worn out, and covered in spider webs. The fans, overhead kitchen shelf, and several areas of the home were visibly dirty, with tiny bugs on the counters and grease around the outlets, We contacted the host prior to booking to be sure the pool and spa would be heated. When we arrived, the pool was green and both the pool and spa were too cold to use. Despite following the instructions in the binder and then additional instructions from the host, the heat did not work until a technician arrived two days later. After working on the equipment (which involved some loud bangs), and turning on a breaker had been turned off, the spa warmed up, but even after that, but the jets couldn’t be used because the caps were broken and the air would water would pour out. The pool never reached the temperature that had been confirmed to us before booking and was too cold to use. A guest from March, 2023 had noted similar issues in the guest book in the house.A number of basic amenities were either broken or not maintained:• The microwave was broken when we arrived and was not replaced for 5½ days. We had to delay our plans that day as the new unit was delivered and installed and then sweep up after them, desp

Our Florida Winter Home

This is the second year we’ve stayed here in January, and we’re already planning on 2026! This place is great if you like privacy and a place with a homey feel. The house is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The host is very responsive to any needs you may have. We highly recommend this property for a couple or family!

Stressful , disappointing , Frustrating

I have stayed at numerous VRBO properties for years and never have I had issues like this. Property manager not getting back to us in a timely fashion until I called VRBO and even then was not great. No water in house pool and spa not working tripping breakers. I got stung by ground bees while talking to the electrician ,and being assured it would be fixed immediately. We were there for a week and the day before we left things were better but by then the pool was green. And I took meat out of the freezer and sat on counter for a hour to find hundreds of sugar ants all over it. This was supposed to relaxing and fun and turned into a nightmare! We planned this trip for over a year and it was horrible. We were going to leave but we had our dog. We asked the property manager for 50% refund she agreed and then a hour and a half later said owner said no . Gave us back 500 as long as everything would be fixed by the end of day. That never happened. We paid alot of money to be stressed and disappointed.

Hidden Oasis

We stayed at this home in Lehigh Acres and it was great. The pool and hottub are very clean and nice to hang around anytime of the day. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms is extremely nice. The house is situated at the end of a coldusac and you literally don't see another house, or hear anyone else. It has everything you would want or need to prepare meals. Our host was very quick to respond to every question we had. The only two things that could use some improvement are the beds, and the well water sulfer smell that comes and goes from the outside pump station on the side of the hosue. For the price this was worth every penny.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Except that the Florida weather wasn’t what we would have wished, the home met and exceeded our expectations! We weren’t able to use the pool because of the rainy, cloudy weather, but on the few sunny days we had, it was nice to sit by the pool and relax. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

Huge house and pool in quiet setting

My family had a great stay. The house is very large. Pool is a great size. Each room having a bathroom was excellent. Martina was great at communication and came over to make sure the pool was running correctly. Some things are a little dated, but we loved quiet location with a ton of privacy.

The house is as pictured, so we knew what we were walking into. Our host was very responsive from check in to check out. The pool was GREAT! The house did have a pet smell, but we bought febreze to take care of that! siting out back at night with the ceiling fans going was the best! You hear a lot of nature at night but can't see due to not much lighting. The back yard needs more lights. If your looking for a simple home with lots of relaxation and very quiet neighborhood. This is it! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Large home, great privacy, an awesome large lanai with pool and spa. Spa jet nozzles are missing. Owner would be wise to invest what’s necessary to fix & replace items that I pointed out to Martina. Pool valve controls don’t work, pool/spa heater doesn’t work, pool light is out. In need of new flooring and blinds in bedrooms. New mattresses would be a bonus. All upgrades would increase the value of the property for the future. Great property, just needs some love. Martina always had a smile on!

Long stay - wonderful location

We stayed at the property most of the summer of 2021 while waiting for our house to be build. The location is perfect for anyone seeking a quiet retreat. Tucked into a cul-de-sac with only one other house, we never saw anyone else. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and we loved seeing birds and wildlife. The pool was great and the outdoor area is nice for relaxing. While the house is a bit dated, we had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in on us periodically. We went to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island frequently. It was never more than about a 45 minute drive and the location is close to grocery stores, fast-food and a few restaurants.
