Worked with 4 different front desk clerks and all were courteous and proficient. The problem was when we got to the first room we were assigned, it was not ready--door was ajar, lights on, towels weren't ready, bathroom vent cover open, insulation puffs from ceiling vent in toilet, etc. We were assigned another room and then hauled all our stuff to it. After we got settled, we found the TV did not work which the desk clerk said they had had previous problems with that TV. By the time Maintenance could not fix TV, but by the time they had rechecked TV, all the other rooms were filled and so they couldn't move us again. Also the water in the hotub was so loaded with chlorine we couldn't stay in it for only a few minutes, because our eyes were stinging so bad! The pool also had an overly strong concentration of chlorine. The pool is very small. Again I emphasize the staff was excellent and did their best to help us. We ended up working through our Expedia booking for refund.
