It is close to the city center of Lège-Cap-Ferret and all its amenities. 5 minutes walk and we find the bakery, the supermarket, the market, the cultural events and festive regular.
The Ocean (beach of Grand Croot) and the Bassin (CLAOUEY or ARES) are about 8 kms (10 min by car). For cyclists, the ocean and the pool are accessible by pleasant bike paths in the pines, it takes about 20 minutes.
You will find all the equipment: sofas for drinks, small appliances and other utensils to make good meals, NESPRESSO coffee machine, INTERNET, TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker. washing machine, and so on :).
For the outdoors, take full advantage of the pool and deckchairs to bask in the sun, a garden table to enjoy your meals outdoors. The barbecue (WEBER) is at your disposal to make succulent grills:).
