Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances awaits your culinary adventures.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home offers two private bedrooms, each with its own dedicated en-suite bathroom featuring modern, stylish tilework. This layout provides ultimate privacy and is ideal for multiple guests.

Laundry: An in-home washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces, ensuring a truly personal and uninterrupted experience.

Entire Home: Enjoy full access to both bedrooms, both en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities.
Private Entry: Seamlessly check yourself in with a secure smart lock. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. We love getting guests in early whenever the schedule allows. We'll let you know by noon the day before if an earlier check-in is available, and there's no charge for it.

Dedicated Parking: Two dedicated off-street parking spots are reserved exclusively for your use.

Private Backyard: The backyard is for your private use only, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. You will have the entire home to yourselves with self-check-in.

While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

This home is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxed and comfortable stay. You’ll have everything you need for a memorable visit to Leesburg, from modern amenities to a fully equipped kitchen. We've taken care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your trip.

Every TV is a smart TV — you're welcome to sign in to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, or other streaming accounts during your stay. Please sign out before you check out.

Families: This home has a Pack 'n Play (please bring your own bedding for it) and kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Every home has a high chair available during your stay — just let us know before you arrive that you'll need one, along with your child's age, so we can have the right chair ready.

Coffee & Tea: We provide a drip coffee maker with locally roasted coffee from Loco Beans, plus a selection of teas. The home also has a Nespresso Vertuo machine — if you'd like to use it, please bring your own Nespresso Vertuo pods (the dome-shaped pods with a barcode on the rim). Original-line Nespresso pods and most "Nespresso-compatible" pods will not fit this machine. Vertuo pods are sold on the Nespresso website and at many local grocery stores.
