The front door opens into a small hallway and through a glass door into a lovely, cosy, spacious living room, with smart TV.

Through the living room, a door to the left leads into a fully equipped laundry area with an 8 kilogram washing machine, a 9 kilogram dryer, clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing board. Laundry detergent and cleaning products are offered.
Rubber slippers/or slides are offered.

A water closet (W/C) is on the right as you walk into the laundry area.

The space opens up into a large modern kitchen-diner equipped with loads of cupboard space, with a full size fridge freezer, a modern gas cooker hob, built-in double grill and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery are all provided. Tea, coffee, sugar and cooking essentials are also offered.

The kitchen is fitted with a large window and sky lights that let in loads of natural light.

For dinning, big solid wood table that sits 6 and a child seat, opening out through large French windows to a nice private garden that looks onto the Temple Newsam Park boundary trees, great for remote working.

Behind the dining table is a spacious snug, offering yoga mats and reading books and can also act as an additional sleeping space, an airbed and bedding are provided.

Upstairs is three bedrooms and a full family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a large window that looks out into the trees. There is no light pollution at the back so a tranquil night can be enjoyed with the windows and blinds open. Enough space to add a travel cot.

The second bedroom has two single TWIN/LINK beds that can be joined together to make one big Super king size bed and fitted with a wall to wall wardrobe.

The third bedroom has a full size single bed and spacious enough to fit a travel cot if you are travelling with infants.

The family bathroom offers a large family bath and a separate shower room with an overhead power shower and plenty of storage. Toiletries and extra towels are offered.
