Negatief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie en accuraatheid advertentie
Problem with check and then had slow communication trying to sort. On entry stepped through the door in to a tiny apartment that was hot and stuffy on the ground with no windows only a patio door in the bedroom that was broken and would not open and patio door in the lounge that could not leave open all night. Food splattered above the cooker on the ceiling and walls. Cigarette butt's all over the patio. Bathroom floor was wet and the bathroom mat was soaked. Marks all over the bedroom walls. Blood and cut marks all over the old worn out pillows that had sweat stains all over them totally unhygienic. No usable blind in the bedroom on the ground floor as brackets hanging off. Shower cubicle leaked because plughole was full of hair and mouldy scum that looked like it had been there a while. Bathroom light blown bulb, fan not working, and cooker hood not working. Was asked by host to look at the electrics !No cutlery, not correct amount of towels and no soap as advertised. Had to go buy pillows, pillow cases, towels, bath mat, cutlery and shower gel. Advertised smart TV but needed to have LG account to use or bring own leads to connect phone. Spent 30hrs no sleep talking to host by text and phone nobody would come out i told them I had one lung a heart condition with epilepsy and needed sleep or i am checking in to hotel. They didn't seem care. 3rd time in 2 years PASS THE KEYS have done this to us it was bed begs last time
