We sanitize and deep-clean after every stay for your comfort and safety.
★ No Parties / Events
A $2,000 fee applies if any party activity is detected.
★ No Smoking Indoors
A $1,000 fee applies for indoor smoking due to cleaning requirements.

★ Booking Requirements
- Guests with a review rating below 4 stars are not eligible for Instant Book. If a reservation is accidentally confirmed through the system, it may be subject to cancellation.
- Guests without any prior reviews will be asked to provide a $100 deposit.
- Booking guest must be over 21 years old.

★ Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs (maximum of 1–2 pets). Pets must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, supervised at all times, and not left indoors unattended unless crated. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
A flat pet fee of $50 per stay applies, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any pet-related damage.
Undeclared pets will result in a $500 fee or cancellation of the reservation. No aggressive pets, no pets in the pool, and no unapproved pets. Cats are not allowed.
