ACCOMMODATIONS: Villa Soleil features four bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed and two guest rooms with king beds, all with flat-screen TVs and Amazon Fire Sticks. The master also includes an office desk.
Downstairs, there's a bunk room with four sets of bunk beds—three have full-size beds on the bottom and twin-size beds on the top, while one set features a queen bed on both the top and bottom. This room has a 65-inch Samsung TV.
The home includes three full bathrooms—two upstairs (including a master bath with a double vanity and large walk-in shower) and one downstairs (near the bunk room).
LOCATION: Villa Soleil is located in Lago Vista, surrounded by the beauty of Texas Hill Country. It's just 38 miles from downtown Austin, 53.5 miles from the Formula 1 race track, and 47 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The area offers both tranquility and easy access to Austin’s attractions, including wine tasting and hiking.
SETTING: The property offers a serene, scenic setting on Lake Travis, with views of the cliffs at Paleface Park (also known as Pace Bend Park). Watch the sunset over the cliffs while enjoying the peaceful, private surroundings.
WATERFRONT: Villa Soleil is located at the 27-mile marker on Lake Travis, providing deep-water access for various water activities. Even during the 2013 drought, the dock remained afloat in deep water. A local boat service may be able to deliver watercraft directly to the dock, which is easily accessible via a wide, 5-foot concrete walkway.
BOAT DOCK: The private boat dock features a single covered slip, capable of accommodating up to a 23-foot direct drive boat, along with two personal watercraft. There are electric lifts for the boat and watercraft. Fishing is great right from the dock!
THE ULTIMATE LAKEHOUSE: Villa Soleil offers the perfect environment for large gatherings of friends and family, whether you’re water skiing, swimming, or fishing right off the dock.
HOUSE INFORMATION AND RULES
OUTDOOR CAMERAS: For security, there are two outdoor cameras:
Driveway Camera: Monitors the driveway area.
Pool Equipment Camera: Oversees the pool control area, but not the pool/spa. We prioritize your privacy and will not monitor other areas of the property.
INSTANT BOOKING: Before making an instant booking, guests please message the owner to address any questions and confirm that your group will adhere to the property’s house rules. This step will ensure your credit card is not charged until we confirm everything. A signed lease agreement is required before arrival.
RENTAL POLICIES:
Weddings are not permitted.
The maximum group size is 14 people, including daytime visitors who are not staying overnight.
Groups consisting mostly or entirely of individuals under the age of 35 are not allowed.
For groups of all adults, the maximum occupancy is 10 people.
The owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the guest increases the number of occupants after booking, even if the updated number remains within the maximum occupancy limit of 14 for Villa Soleil.
Loud or drinking parties, such as bachelor or bachelorette parties, are strictly prohibited.
Daytime events with more than 14 people, including all guests regardless of overnight stay, are not allowed.
LEASE AGREEMENT: A signed lease agreement is required after booking. Please check your spam/junk folder for the lease agreement email. If not returned, the reservation may be canceled, and cancellation policies will apply.
